McMillen of Altoona, Pennsylvania, born in Kenmore, New York, who passed away on December 9, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Anastasia Ruane; her husband Perry McMillen; and her sister Wilma. She is survived by: her sons, Keith McMillen (Heather), Michael McMillen (Joni) and Scott McMillen (Wendy); her grandchildren, Tara McMillen, Allison Houser, Bryan McMillen (Elyce), Katie McMillen, Hannah McMillen, Connor McMillen and Jenna McMillen; her great grandchildren, Alice and Zane; and her close friend Mary Anne Giaimo.
