She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Hadenak and Rose Stefanic Hadenak; her husband Anthony Barak, Sr.; and her siblings, Ann Shaw, Katherine Kerzan, Helen Gallik, James Hadenak, Michael Hadenak, Mary Mihotz, Vincent Munk, Joseph Munk, Nicholas Munk, George Munk and John Hajdenak.
She is survived by: her children, John Ducar of Brownsville and Rose Marie Barak of Allison; her grandsons, Anthony Barak (Meredith), James Barak (Nicole) of Belle Vernon and Nicholas Barak of Allison; her great grandchildren, Cecilia Rose Barak of Warren, MI, Shelby Boyd of Michigan and Haley Boyd of Michigan; and her sister Margaret Monske of Aliquippa Private.
