Balchick, Sr. of Uniontown, PA; his wife Patricia Balchick; his children, Brandi Carino, Barbara Lewis, Michael Balchick and Braylee Martinko; and his siblings, Leota Balchick (Sissy), Deay Balchick (Joe), Randolf Balchick (Randy), David Balchick and Mark Balchick. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
