It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte C. Hughes of Allison, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 22, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. B. and Anna K. Cha (Luketic); her husband Charles A. Hughes (Chuck); and her daughter Jody L. Menni (William "Bill" Menni). She is survived by: her brother George F. Chambers; her nephew Mark Chambers; her parents-in-law, Clarence and Jane Friend Charlotte; her children, Charlene R. Hughes, William W. "Bill" Hughes (Joyce) and Charles A. Hughes, Jr. (Charla); her grandchildren, Eric, Kurt, Janine Boiselle, Jordan, Jason Menni, Brandon, Alexis Hughes, Charlton Hughes, Charlie Garcia (Dan), Chase Hughes and Chandler Hughes; her siblings, William A. Chambers, Susan Toth (Brownsville) and Shelley Williams (Carl); her nieces, Rebecca and Anna Rosiek; and her pet Cat. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
