He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Campbell and Melva Campbell (Thompson). He is survived by: his wife Helen Campbell (Wells); his children, Thomas Campbell, Jr. and Stephanie White (late Robert); his grandchildren, Connor (Kelsie), Tori, Kian, Madi, Abi, Robby and Joey; and his siblings, Richard (Pat), Peggy (Jerry), Kevin, Keith and Patrick.
