He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Kathy Evans (late Paul). He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Patcyk Mazurek; his sister JoAnn Wolak (late John); his siblings-in-law, Sandy Lysakowski (Jan), Jane Grimes (Michael) and Thomas Patcyk (Gwen); and his nieces and nephews, Katie, Michael, Chris, Ashley, Jonathan, Tracey, Tristen, Weston, Alicia and Jessica. He is also survived by 18 great-nieces & great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, family suggests donations to the UPMC Hillman Cancer Center at Passavant Hospital, McCandless.
