He was predeceased by: his wife Olive Malinic (Snyder); his daughter Patricia; and his brother John Malinic. He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth "Betti" Dudenas (Paul) and Virginia Bonello (Robert); his grandsons, Peter Dudenas and Nicholas Dudenas; and his siblings, Rose Marie Koslow and Edward Malinic. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
