It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Efremenko of Allison Park, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 22, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Smith and Fernande Smith. She is survived by: her brother Al Smith (Maribeth); her daughters, Kristin Hochard (Francis), Cheryl Zobel (Keith) and Tory Efremenko; and her granddaughters, Rachelle Martin (Gabe), Alyssa Miller (Brian), Breanne Connolly (Evan), Sawyer, Brogan and Charlie.
