She is survived by: her children, Lisa Rulis (Christopher) and Leslie Kocak (Craig); her grandchildren, Marisa Kaiser (Bradley), Ryan Kocak (Savvy), Alana Juran (Ryan), Zachary Kocak, Amanda Rulis and Tyler Kocak; her great grandchildren, Landon, Cameron, Brooks and William; and her siblings, Robert, Betty, Ruth, Lucille, Loretta and Richard. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
