She is survived by: her spouse Lee Warrick, Sr.; her children, Carol Saylor (Dave) of Mars and Lee, Jr. Warrick (Jennine) of Allison Park; her grandchildren, Alex, Victoria, Olivia, Seairra and Leah; her stepgrandchildren, Steve, Becky, Josh and Dina; and her siblings, John Burk, Thomas Burk, Jessie Sutton and Judy Massel. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
