She is survived by: her parents, George Mazzant and Joyce Mazzant (Mackanick); her husband Michael Fulk; her daughters, Talitha of Hampton Township, Gabrielle of Hampton Township and Silvia Fulk of Hampton Township; and her brothers, George Mazzant (Michi) and Gerry Mazzant (Gidget).
