He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Tobac and Leonard J. Tobac Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Sandra L. Seimet Tobac; and his siblings, Sharon Moore (Blaise), Donna Napolitano (Toto), Wayne Tobac (Jane), Linda Mion and Brian Tobac (Tammy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
