She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Michniewicz and Teofilia Michniewicz; her former husband John W. Campbell, Jr.; her siblings, Anna Michniewicz, Sophia Vukovich (Mona), Helen Achenbach, Joseph Michniewicz, Anthony Mack, Stanley Mack, Victor Mack and William Mack; and her nephews, Anthony Mack, Alan Mack and Ronald Achenbach.
She is survived by: her husband Dr. John Allen of Dubois, PA.; and her sister-in-law Edna Mack. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the J. Bradley McGonigle F. H. & Crematory, Inc. - Sharon (1090 E State St, Sharon, PA 16146). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
