He was predeceased by: his siblings, Elizabeth Lucas (Leo), Helen Mikszan (Leo), Mary Louise Leo and Paul Leo (Rege). He is survived by: his wife Carol Ward Leo; his children, Thomas Leo Sr. (Cindy Johnson) and James Leo Jr. (Stacey); his grandchildren, Thomas Leo Jr., Joseph Leo (Katie) and Anthony Leo; his stepgranddaughter Celina Johnson; his great grandchildren, Blake, Archie and Miller; and his siblings, Joseph Leo (Eileen) and Angelina Beyerl (Ron). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.

In Lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the church.
