He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Billeter and Elizabeth Billeter (Arnold); his daughter Joyce Homiak; and his siblings, Dennis Billeter and Beverly Carballo.
He is survived by: his wife Michele; his children, Kristy Billeter and James Billeter, Jr.; his granddaughter Naomi Billeter; and his sister Barbara Garland (late Dan).
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Ursula Church (3937 Kirk Ave, Allison Park, PA 15101).
