She was predeceased by: her parents, Georg Ahrens and Lieselotte Ahrens; and her husband Dr. Peter J. Freymark. She is survived by: her children, Torsten and Sabine Duerr (Oliver).
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Shadyside Presbyterian Church (5121 Westminster Pl, Pittsburgh, PA 15232).
