He is survived by: his wife Carol Haala Walkins; his children, Patrice Bilenski (Darrell), Jaclyn Rayburg (Mark), Craig Walkins (Terri) and Stephanie Brown (Keith); his siblings, Diane Fawley, Charlene Bowling (Dave), Karen Reed (Mark), Thomas Walkins (Dana) and Rodney Walkins; his grandchildren, Robert Green (Stephanie), S. Michael Rayburg, Candice Booher (Ryan), Jennifer, Patrick, Adam Brown and Carina Brown; and his great grandchild Juliana Green.
