She was predeceased by: her husband Edward B. O'Toole; her father Charles; and her siblings, Margaret Jones and Charles A. Madden. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Tieman (Michael), Ann O'Connor (Denny), Teresa O'Toole, Judith French (Bob), Frances Venema (Jerry), Edward O'Toole (Kathy), Thomas J. O'Toole and Mary Walter (Joe); and her sister Marian Madden. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
