He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl F. Neely, Sr. and Rachel Crispens Neely; his grandson William Neely; his wife Mary L. Cress Neely; and his sister Geraldine Crehan.
He is survived by: his children, Joyce Afflerbach (Joe) of Allison Park and Ken Neely (Nancy) of Boise; his grandchildren, Ian Neely (Rie), Rachel Neely, Lacey Bartholomew (Tim), Dustin Klein, Joe Afflerbach and Ben Neely; his great grandchildren, Autumn Sandra Wray Neely and Rosemary Klein Bartholomew; and his siblings, Janet Tehois of Pittsburgh, William Neely of Franklin Park and Vaughn Neely (Kathy) of Simpsonville, S. C.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks if memorials be made to the Alzheimer's Association (Alzheimer's Association https://www.alz.org) in Earl's name.
