He was predeceased by: his parents, Judson Lee and Ruth Fillmore (Eck); his wife Mary Fillmore (McCafferty); and his siblings, Judson Fillmore (Duke), Ruth Caldone and James Fillmore.

He is survived by: his sister Kathleen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
