She is survived by: her children, Michael Lemchak (Francee), Sandy Molenda (Kevin), David Lemchak, Michelle Romanchak (John), Matthew, Jessica (Noah), Lauren and Ava; her great grandchild Emerson; and her siblings, Dave Simeone, Michelle "Micky" Stolfer, Francine Anderson and Donna Simeone. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
