Christine A. Umstead Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christine A. Umstead of Allison Park, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 1, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Harriett Hogue Aeschbacher; and her siblings, Robert Aeschbacher, Glenn Aeschbacher, Lucille Traylor, Mary Jones, Evelyn Knott, Betty Aeschbacher and Shirley Parkinson.

She is survived by: her family Christine Umstead (Aeschbacher) of Allison Park, PA; her husband Dick (Dick); her daughters, Lori Heil (Ronald) of Gibsonia, PA and Wendy Pears (David) of Lebanon, TN; her grandchildren, Hannah Hawthorne and Caleb Hawthorne of Lebanon, TN; her great grandchild Callie; and her caregivers, Meg, Courtney, Linda, Debbie, Sherry, Gemma and Tammy.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Noll Funeral Home, Inc. (333 3rd St, Beaver, PA 15009). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Terrace Place (9399 Babcock Blvd, Allison Park, PA 15101).

In addition to her parents, Christine was preceded in death by her siblings: brothers Robert Aeschbacher, Christ Aeschbacher, and Glenn Aeschbacher, and sisters, Lucille Traylor, Mary Jones, Evelyn Knott, Betty Aeschbacher, and Shirley Parkinson.
