He was predeceased by: his parent Ralph Fischer; his spouse Anne K. Fischer (Van Kirk); his sibling Barbara Frame; and his daughters, Jean Fischer of McCandless Township and Carol Fischer of McCandless Township.
He is survived by: his children, Janet Thompson (Fischer) of Winchester and Michael of Winchester; his grandchildren, Katie Snyder, Beth Thompson, Phillip Bumgarner of West Virginia and Allie Shrader (Jesse) of Woodstock; and his parent Mildred Fischer (Schwartz).
Chuck's family suggests memorial donations be made to his church, Memorial Park Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 8800 Peebles Road, Allison Park, PA 15101.
