He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bower and Della Bower (Smith); and his brothers, James and Barry Bower. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Bower (Klein); his sons, Bernard R. Bower, Jr. of Gibsonia and Douglas Lee Bower (Tina) of Natrona Heights; his grandchildren, Brittney and Ross Bower; and his sister Teresa Bower (Gary Nichols).
