Witmer of Allenwood, Pennsylvania, born in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 18, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Fisher of Mount Carmel; her grandchildren, Shawn L. (Toni Benfer), Samantha M. Blain (Justin Jarrett) and Luke B. Fisher; and her great grandchild Isabelle Jarrett.
