It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelva J. Witmer of Allenwood, Pennsylvania, born in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 18, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sheldon Conner and Myrtle Conner (Minier); her husband Arthur L. Witmer, Jr.; and her sister Iris Remaley. She is survived by: her daughter Brenda J. Fisher of Mount Carmel; her grandchildren, Shawn L. (Toni Benfer), Samantha M. Blain (Justin Jarrett) and Luke B. Fisher; and her great grandchild Isabelle Jarrett.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 24th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Brooks Funeral Home (124 Main St, Watsontown, PA 17777). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 24th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 24th 2024 at the Green Lawn Memorial Park (62 PA-54, Montgomery, PA 17752).
