She was predeceased by: her father Shaffer. She is survived by: her husband Michael J. "Mike" Shaffer; her mother Anna Mullinex of Williamsport; her daughter Kim M. Painter (Scott) of Jersey Shore; her grandchildren, Christopher Paulhamus (Cassie) of Jersey Shore and Ashley Alecrim (Paul) of Massachusetts; her great grandchildren, Mackenz, Shelby and Madeline; and her siblings, Joseph Rice (Becky) of Loyalsock, Paul Rice Jr. (Judy) of Montoursville and Linda Lebet (Charles) of Alabama.
