He is survived by: his parents, James Gowin (Angie Bird) of Allenwood and Judy Gowin (Waltman); his significant other Jeffrey Bower of Montgomery; his fiancée Courtney Winder; his children, Braydenn Bixler, Kaleb J. of Montgomery, Konner L. of Montgomery, Keejen N. Bowin of Montgomery and Serenity L. Gowin of Hughesville; his sister Jessi R. Gowin (Derrick Webb) of Montgomery; his nieces, Brooklynn and Leah Webb; his grandparents, Cheryl Ulrich, Richard Ulrich, Lola and Lee Waltman of Muncy; and his great-grandparent Donna Carl of New Columbia.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory will be accepted to establish a college fund for his children and can be sent to the funeral home.
