Moore (Moore); his brother Merritt Shaffer of Montoursville; his children, Wenda Shaffer of Montgomery and Scott; his daughter-in-law Lily Shaffer of Montgomery; his granddaughter Angela Williams of South Williamsport; his great grandchildren, Dylan Scheller of South Williamsport and Dahlia Farley of Milton; his siblings, Dorothy Lucas, Aaron, Chester, Clark, Stewart and Clarence Shaffer; and also Rev. Mike Hill. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
