Kitchen; her daughter-in-law Lori of Allenwood; her daughter Tasha L. Hoffman of Johnstown; her stepchildren, Jason Everetts (Andrea) of Johnstown, Jennifer Jolin (John) of Milton and Jessica Everetts of Mifflinburg; her grandchildren, Garrett, Emily Hoffman, Courtney, Jared and Jacob Kitchen; her great grandchild Taylor Hoffman; her stepgranddaughter Marissa Smith; her stepgreat-grandson Bentley Smith; and her siblings, Ronald Johnston and Bonnie Aikey of Danville.
