He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph M. Myers and Anna E. Myers (Harman); his wife Helen D. Frontz; his son Matthew Douglas Myers; and his sister Sandra McClellan.
He is survived by: his children, Steven Myers (Cindy Troutman-Myers) of Watsontown and Jennifer Haga (Carl Jr.) of Pelham, AL; and his grandchildren, Andrew, David Myers, Benjamin, Emily and Annie Haga.
