She was predeceased by: her parent Arthur Corson; and her grandson Matt Lewis LaForme. She is survived by: her parent Eva Corson (Gumble); her spouse Lewis R. LaForme; her children, Glenn Tofts (Lois LaForme) of Clarion, PA, Nancy Tofts (Sidney Jarrett) of Montgomery, PA and Sandra Tofts of Troy, PA.; and her grandchildren, Judy Bloom, Jacquelyn Johnson, Julie Griner, Chris Page, Eugene Jarrett, LouAnn Taylor, Cindy Newcomer and Courtney LaForme. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
