He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth A. (Shoemaker); his children, Kenneth L. Gross (Wendy) of Berwick and Lori A. Rauch (Doug) of Montoursville; his stepchildren, Dennis Shoemaker (Susan) of Montoursville and Erin Shoemaker of Harrisburg; and his sisters, Connie Abele of Williamsport, Janet Mack (Dwight) of Toccoa, GA and Rebecca DeClearck (Doug) of Hughesville. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
