He was predeceased by: his parents, Ned Miller and Janet Miller (Flick); and his sister Norma Jean Schaack. He is survived by: his wife Connie R. Neufer; his children, Denise R. Miller (Brad Budman) of Montgomery, Tammy Hill Vincent (Tracy) of Clarkstown and Shawn L. Hill (Nicole) of Lairdsville; and his siblings, Dennis Miller (Linda) of Montgomery and Paula Schwenk of Montoursville.
