He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon; his parents, Shahod Azar and Adila Azar (Nicholas); and his siblings, Margaret, Harold, Jim, George and Joe.
He is survived by: his sons, Mike (Mickey) of Waynesboro, PA, Denny (Cindy) of Allentown and Tony (Jean) of Allentown; his brother John (Charlotte) of Whitehall; and his sister-in-law Sheryl Cooper of Lincoln, NE.
