He is survived by: his wife Kay (Middlebrook); his daughters, Kathleen A. Maslany (Mark) and Kate E. Gugliandolo (Matthew E.); his grandchildren, Michael (Arabella), Kayla (John), Kyra and Shana; and his great grandchildren, Kyana, Ava, Andrew and Kylee.
