He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Bullard and Bea Bullard (Sanford). He is survived by: his wife Diane Bullard (Carr) of Allentown, PA; his son Conor J. Bullard of Allentown, PA; his brothers, Andrew Gray Bullard (Kirby) of Concord, NC and Danial Sanford Bullard (Lisa) of Elon, NC; and his mother-in-law Margaret Carr of Allentown, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 9:30 AM at the Stephens Funeral Home, Inc. (274 N Krocks Rd, Allentown, PA 18106). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
