He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph R. Kelahan and Concordia Kelahan (Scheveling); and his siblings, Richard Kelahan, Robert Kelahan, Jeanne Wathen, Marguerite Staten, Rita V Hill, Dorothy Dziemianowicz, James Kelahan, John Kelahan, Joseph Paul Kelahan and Josephine Kelahan.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Kelahan (McLean); his children, Joseph Richard Kelahan (Deborah) of Hellertown, PA, Paul McLean Kelahan (Jeannie) of Matawan, NJ, Clare Cordia (Kelahan), Robert Mutone of Madison, NJ, Edward Murphy Kelahan of Old Bridge, NJ and Benjamin Donald Kelahan (Keri) of Brambleton, VA; his daughters-in-law, Elisa Passucci and Karen Salicrup; his sister Mary Grace Emde of Decatur, GA; his brother-in-law Art Staten; and his grandchildren, Cristina Kelahan, Brianne Kelahan, Matthew Mutone, Gillian Kelahan, Lydia Mutone, Gavin Kelahan, Isabella Mutone, Kaley Kelahan, Caroline Kelahan, Vivian Kelahan, Garret Kelahan, Daniel Kelahan and Samuel Finnegan Kelahan.
