He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrel Phatax and Ivy Phatax (Thomas). He is survived by: his children, Sylbert, Sherwin, Dr. Dionne (Barrington Gibbs) and Christine Phatax. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, many cousins, nephews, nieces and life-long friends.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home (1629 Hamilton St, Allentown, PA 18102). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
