With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Stokes Stitt Jr. of Allentown, Pennsylvania, born in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 23, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Stokes departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Stokes. Though Stokes may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stokes Stitt, Sr. and Ruth (Ashe).
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Restoration Temple (1101 Tilghman St, Allentown, PA 18102). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
