She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Umstead Sr. and Beulah Umstead (Schmeltzle); her husband James F. Truman; and her brothers, Urial Schmeltzle and Charles Umstead, Jr..
She is survived by: her brothers, Richard Umstead (Kathryn) of Allentown, PA and John Umstead of Bethlehem, PA.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
