He was predeceased by: his wife Faith Crouthamel; and his parents, Loretta Cook and Samuel Crouthamel. He is survived by: his sons, David Dougherty (Valerie) of Pittsburgh and Scott Dougherty (Lynn) of Omaha; and his sister Mary Genovese (Jim) of Northampton. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews and many friends.
