He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret "Peggy" Wehr (Kern). He is survived by: his spouse Gwynn L. Ross (DeLong); his father Dale Ross of Slatington; his daughter Vanessa Ross; his sisters, Mary (Kip Kibler) and Becky (Jimmy Dougherty); and his sister-in-law Lisa (Gregory Russo). He is also survived by nieces & nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made toward the education of Robert's daughter Vanessa.
