He was predeceased by: his wife Althea M. Moser (Wertman); and his parents, Claude E. Moser and Lillian Moser (Jacobs). He is survived by: his children, Linda G. Altrichter and Paul S. Moser. He is also survived by five grandchildren; one great granddaughter.
