He was predeceased by: his wife Judith A. Kiser (Miller); his parents, Ralph W. Kiser and Bertha M. Kiser (Young); and his siblings, Mary J. and Raymond Kiser.
He is survived by: his children, Robert K. Kiser of Allentown, Janet L. Ross (Donald) of Lehighton and Jeffrey W. Kiser (Jennifer) of Center Valley; and his siblings, Paul Kiser of New York, Ana M. Neulin and R. Barrie Kiser of Florida. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 1 great grandson.
