He was predeceased by: his parents, William Allen and Betty Allen (Dennis). He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Rebecca C. Allen of Whitehall, Jennifer L. Anderson, Josh M. Allen (Louana) of Whitehall, Christopher J. Allen and Scott T. Allen; his granddaughter Amelia Grace Allen; and his sister Billie Jo Fretz (Jeffrey) of Orefield.
