He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Betty and John Lemon, Sr.; his aunt Marion Belcher (Lemon); his uncle Lee Eck; and his cousin Lori Young (Eck).
He is survived by: his parents, Nancy J. Lemon-Borick of Berwick and Peter M. Borick, Sr. (Carol) of Berwick; his siblings, Aaron Schuckers (Deanna) and Carissa Hench (Seth); his niece Arianna; his nephew Chase; his grandparents, Peter and Marian Borick; and his pet Ivy. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
