For Patricia is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Altenbach and Lucie Altenbach (Reynolds). She is survived by: her spouse Horatio J. "Ishky" Fatzinger, Jr.; her son William J. Fatzinger of Macungie; her sister Lucille Assad (David) of Seattle, WA; and her granddaughter Aubrey (Westies).
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Stephens Funeral Home, Inc. (274 N Krocks Rd, Allentown, PA 18106). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
