He was predeceased by: his parents, John V. and Mary V. Gallagher (McAndrew); and his brother John "Jack" Vincent Gallagher, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Gallagher of Allentown, PA, Marianne O'Connor (Christopher) of Allentown, PA and Kathy Trow (Timothy) of Austin, TX.; his grandchildren, Kaitlin O'Connor, Matthew O'Connor, Ethan Trow and Emily Trow; and his former wife Barbara Gallagher.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Thomas More Church (1040 Flexer Ave, Allentown, PA 18103).
