He was predeceased by: his parents, Mathias A. Gutman and Veronica Gutman (Gombocz); his wives, Bernadine Gutman (Kleinsorge) and Arlene M. Gutman (Hess); his son David; and his siblings, Veronica Silvoy, Christina Ridge, Edmund, Louis, Joseph and Francis Gutman.
He is survived by: his children, John Gutman (Kathy) of Allentown, Michael Gutman (Linda) of Florida, Carol Long (Tom) of Florida, Mary Conroy (Jim) of Florida and Paul Gutman (Patti) of Florida; and his stepsons, William Bleiler (Catherine) of Allentown, Michael Bleiler (Cheryl) of Orefield and Dean Bleiler (A. J.) of Allentown. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church of Allentown (3231 Tilghman St, Allentown, PA 18104). A memorial service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
