She was predeceased by: her adoptive parents, Thomas Presberry and Pauline Presberry. She is survived by: her children, Lewis Byrd, Michael Byrd, Lisa Haney (Byrd), Andrew Byrd, Cathrine Payne, Cordell Payne, Christopher Payne, Carolyn Slovak (Payne) and Victoria Payne. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, friends, and brothers and sisters.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Restoration Temple (1101 Tilghman St, Allentown, PA 18102). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the New Castle County National Cemetery (2465 Chesapeake City Rd, Bear, DE 19701).
